Biography
Emily was appointed to the position of Preregistration and Authorization Manager in 2025. Emily has more than 15 years of experience in the medical field, including over 10 years with Princeton Radiology. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of roles including scheduling, pre-registration and authorizations, front desk operations, team lead, and RCCA liaison. She also assisted with the implementation of the pre-authorization department and has extensive experience training and supporting staff.
Emily is fluent in American Sign Language and is passionate about communication and patient support. Prior to working in healthcare, she served as a job developer and job coach for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. During her time with Royal, she worked in scheduling and pre-authorizations, served as a trainer, and was part of the White Glove Service team.
