Mary G. Mallon, M.D.

Mary G. Mallon, M.D. graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York in 2001. She went on to earn her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2007.

Dr. Mallon completed an internship in internal medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where she received a Distinguished Service Award. Following, she completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, where she was named Resident of the Year 2011-2012. Dr. Mallon then completed a fellowship in pediatric radiology at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia in 2013.

Dr. Mallon has been certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and board certified as a diagnostic radiologist by the American Board of Radiology. In addition, she has been awarded a Certificate of Added Qualification in Pediatric Radiology, and a Certificate of Proficiency in Cardiac MR.

Prior to joining Princeton Radiology in 2019, Dr. Mallon served as an Attending Radiologist at Capital Health Systems in Trenton, New Jersey, and a Pediatric Radiologist at St. Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia. In addition, Dr. Mallon served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Radiological Sciences at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She currently holds appointments as an Attending Pediatric Radiologist at Penn Medicine Princeton Health Care Systems and CentraState Medical Center.

Dr. Mallon has published research articles in a number of leading medical journals and made presentations at a variety of local, state and national meetings. She is a member of several medical societies and professional organizations including the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Society of Pediatric Radiology, and the Philadelphia Roetgen Ray Society, for which she is a Board Member.
